SYNTASA, an AI Assisted Customer Analytics company, is looking for a Solutions Consultant to support and grow their new and existing clients and market. We're looking for someone keen on building relationships with new prospects in order to support the growing EMEA team. You'll be responsible for supporting the EMEA sales team, ranging from activities such as conducting technical meetings through to delivering successful pilots with prospects. As a Solutions Consultant, you'll work closely with Account Executives as well as other internal teams to be sure mutual objectives are met in support of client satisfaction. You'll assist clients in expanding their usage and adoption of Marketing Cloud technologies by engaging Product Specialists and/or other resources.

  REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  •  University degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of technical software sales/sales engineering or a customer facing software consulting role
  • Able to identify customer requirements and objectives, quickly understanding them and translating and mapping them to solution capabilities
  • Able to build and maintain strong external relationships with all levels of both business and technical stakeholders
  • Able to work as part of a team and act as the lead for product/technical based queries and activities in the sales process
  • Strong and confident communicator and presenter
  • Understanding of the Digital Marketing ecosystem
  • Experience working with one or more cloud computing providers (GCP, AWS & Azure)
  • Working knowledge of the fundamentals of data science/machine learning/AI
  •  Able to travel throughout EMEA

 PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS  

  •  Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud or other Marketing Cloud technology
  • Track record of delivering successful POC’s
  •  Have knowledge of the industry vertical trends and business objectives
  •  Programming skills such as SQL
  • Experience of Big Data or Customer Data projects
