SYNTASA is looking for a data driven, results oriented Customer Success Consultant in our Customer Value Advisory area to join our team of leading machine learning researchers, software architects, and developers who are building a next generation sales, marketing, and operations analytics platform. We leverage proven streaming, machine learning, visualisation, and big data technologies to process massive amounts of data resulting in actionable intelligence that improves acquisition, conversion, and retention of customers. As a client facing Customer Success Consultant on the Customer Value Advisory Team, you will be assigned Enterprise Accounts and will be responsible for license renewal and creating new business opportunities for upsell/cross-sell.

 Typical tasks can be broken into two tracks:


  • Creating and/or maintaining business relationships with mid-management client stakeholders
  • Working closely with client stakeholders to promote social events as well as managing and collaborating on industry events to create visibility of Syntasa outside of our clients’ immediate working groups
  • Collaborating with the CVA management team to create a roadmap for license renewal for each of Syntasa platform deployments
  • Working with the CVA management team to identify and develop new business opportunities for Syntasa, including license upsell and selling additional services/fixed-price projects

Client facing delivery:

  • Playing an active role in project delivery including gathering requirements, project management, creating outcome presentations, debugging software/technology, and liaising with other Syntasa teams
  • Proactively identifying, managing, and mitigating account renewal risks effectively with other Syntasa teams
  • Working directly with clients to achieve strategic milestones; participation in client and internal presentations is a must


  • 5+ years’ minimum professional experience
  • 2+ project experiences using and configuring services on either GCP, AWS, Azure, and/or on-prem NoSQL
  • 2+ experiences delivering projects in the Marketing/Customer Analytics domain
  • Consulting or technical solution selling background in Marketing Analytics domain with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or Salesforce Krux
  • Knowledge of industry standard marketing and analytics platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud and Google Marketing Platform
  • Credible presence with superb interpersonal and communication skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor
  • Must be proactive and self-motivated
  • Jupyter Notebook and data science understanding highly beneficial
