SYNTASA, an AI Assisted Customer Analytics company, is looking for a Solution Consultant to support and grow their new and existing clients and market. We are looking for someone keen on building relationships with new prospects in order to support the growing EMEA team. You will be responsible for supporting the EMEA sales team, ranging from activities such as conducting technical meetings through to delivering successful pilots with prospects. As a Solution Consultant, you will work closely with Sales Executives and with other internal teams to be sure mutual objectives are met in support of client satisfaction. You will assist clients by expanding their usage and adoption of Marketing Cloud technologies by engaging Product Specialists and/or other resources.


  • University degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of technical software sales/sales engineering or a customer facing software consulting role
  • Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud or other Marketing Cloud
  • Strong and confident communicator and presenter
  • Experience working with cloud computing providers and/or Hadoop
  • Working knowledge of the fundamentals of data science/machine learning/AI
  • Programming skills such as SQL, Python, and JavaScript
  • Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and tailor presentations accordingly
  • Travel through EMEA is required


  • Ability to apply Syntasa’s solutions to enable clients to achieve their business objectives
  • Be able to collaborate with the sales team to understand customers’ requirements and provide sales support especially in the pilot stage
  • Be able to identify growth opportunities and engage appropriate sales resources
  • Have knowledge of the industry vertical trends and business objectives
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering trends
